The "Messenger News" section of the December 2007 issue of Mini-Storage Messenger magazine announces the launching of the Self-Storage Confidence Index. The Index is designed to forecast the effects of market conditions and economic trends on the self storage asset class, and is a joint effort of MiniCo Publishing, Storage Investment Advisors, LLP, and Cushman & Wakefield's Self Storage Industry Group. The October 15, 2007 issue of Crittenden Research, Inc.'s Pension Funds and Real Estate™ newsletter lists the Self Storage Industry Group in the Dealmaker Databank™ section (page 6). Mini-Storage Messenger magazine, June 2005 issue, includes an article written by Rhonda Paschal entitled "Self Storage Economics: Building A House In A Day", which describes the firm's sponsorship of and participation in the familia Corazón program over the holidays.
