Self Storage is a unique and growing sector of real estate. With approximately 43,000 facilities in the United States representing over 1.9 billion square feet of real property and four publicly traded REITs devoted to the asset class, the analysis of self storage is becoming more complex.

To the novice and the veteran, this seminar will provide resources, data, drills, lecture, and one case study (forecasting market demand) to assist in understanding the principles and applications of self storage economics and appraisal.
